On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the website of the Westford Villas POA.  

 

You made a great choice to live in Westford Villas! What’s to love here is a genuine sense of community sharing a common bond of responsibility along with similar interests and lifestyle.  We hope you will actively participate in helping our neighborhood continue to be one of the finest in the area.

 

One of the advantages of living in a low maintenance neighborhood is that the POA is responsible for many aspects of the labor-intensive work required in yard maintenance, roof power washing and home re-painting. With effective communication and considerate behavior, our homes, being situated closely together, will allow us to make for great friendships.

 

The association is governed by a board of five volunteer directors who oversee the daily functions, financial responsibilities and maintaining member compliance with the covenants, rules and regulations. 

 

The website serves as a convenient tool to house information to ensure each of you stays informed and assist you view the Association Covenants and Bylaws, communicate with our Management Company (Parklane), view the current volunteer Board of Directors, current vendor contracts, access forms as well as find current neighborhood information and community resources.

 

Please ensure that you have a copy of the Association Covenants (updated 2022). They are accessible in the Members portion of this website and stored within the Documents section. As a reminder, be advised that all exterior landscaping (new, repair or additions) or building projects (i.e. any exterior change, gutters, fences, color changes, roofs etc.) must have prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) from Westford Villas and Terra Vista to ensure compliance with covenants, restrictions and guidelines. 

 

Again, we are happy that you made your home in Westford Villas and know that getting to know your neighbors is the best way to build community and ensure our neighborhood remains safe and friendly.
